Custom additions for your Linden Cook piece.
Please note that any international shipments may incur taxes and duties applied by customs in the country where the order is delivered.  The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. To determine exactly what these charges may be, it could be necessary to call your local customs office to gain further details.

As each piece is handmade to order, our studio lead times vary depending on the style, metal and the time of year that your order has been placed.

If you require a piece urgently or by a specific date, please be sure to email info@lindencookdesign.com before placing your order to avoid any disappointment. We will always do our best to get your piece to you in time.

Australia
We offer free Express Shipping Aus Wide for all Linden Cook Loyalty members (when signed into your account). Shipping is $15 for non members. Please be mindful that the express shipping is from when your piece has been created, not from the date you place your order. You will receive tracking information once your piece has been sent.

International - All Countries
We will ship your parcel with DHL Express for $30AUD. We offer a $15AUD shipping discount for all international Linden Cook Loyalty members. You will receive tracking information from DHL once your piece has been sent.

Your piece will be sent in a beautiful, plastic free jewellery box that can be used to store jewellery for years to come. Each piece also comes with a microfibre pouch that can be used to store and clean your jewellery.
